Products  All products are subject to the manufacturers availablity and production delays.  The company has the right to cancel order to manufacturers stock levels and discrepency in price.

Prices   All orders are subject to 15% VAT. 
Any sudden increases from the manufacturer, customer will be notified before delivery and will be given the chance to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Prices are checked daily to ensure best prices for our customers.
All orders must be paid for in full before delivery can take place.

Orders  All orders are sold on a supply only basis.
Any installations costs are the customers responsibility and the company cannot be held responsible.
The company will not take away or be responsible for the removal of the old garage door or any packaging supplied with the new garage door.
The company has the right to charge a 50% restocking fee on all orders returned in relation to incorrect ordering.
Once the product has been unwrapped, it is unreturnable.
The company will not restock or accept any door or order that is not in its original packaging or a door that an attempt to install has been made.
Rollershutters/rollerdoors are non returnable unless agreed by the company.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of sizes and designs of the product.
The company will not be held responsible for any mis-measures, including inablility to install due to the following ;

* inaccurate measurements
* meters ( gas, electric )
* low ceiling/ low beams
* uneven flooring
* non/off square srtuctures
* any obstruction that would prevent the installation or the normal operation of the door.

Any order that the company accepts can only be cancelled or altered with permission from the company and any costs as a result of this action must be fully reinbursed by the customer.

Shipping  Delivery will be made 2 - 4 weeks from inital order unless goods ordered are not stock items in which case order will normally be dispatched bewtween 6 - 9 weeks.
All deliverys are dependant on manufactures stock levels
All persons signing for the delivery must be 18 years or over.
All goods/products must be checked thoroughly at the time of delivery
Once the goods have been signed for they are non-returnable or refundable
Notice of any damage must be given yo the company within 24 hours
Any damaged goods must be left uninstalled and stored carefully so a technician of the manufacture or company can examine the door.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver the products in the estimated time frame the company cannot accept any responsibility for delays as a result of production, stock or logistical issues.
Due to logistical restrictions delivery van only be made to driveway/pavement.  The company will not place goods at any other location.
The customer must have the means to place doors after delivery.
Delivery is based on one driver, the customer must have the means to assist in unloading the goods.  If a second person is required on the delivery this can be arranged at the time of order for a premium of £70 per garage door.

Ownership  All orders and products remain the property of the Trade Garage Doors until paid for in full.
Manufacturers Warranty

All products come with the respective manufacturers warranty.
Any clain under warranty, the company must be notified in writing and must include original invoice and order number.
All goods replaced under warranty must be supplied with orginal invoice and order numbers.
The respective manufacturer may make arrangements to make site visits to either repair or replace the damaged goods but decisions are at the discretion of the respective manufacturer.
All goods ordered must be installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Any warranty could be void if goods are not preserved to the mnaufacturers instructions.

Liability The company cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury as a result of the installation or use of any product sold by the company.

Privacy  Trade Garage Doors will store your information an a secure server.  This infromation is used to process your order.
Trade Garage Doors will not share your information with any third parties unless required for delivery, in which case the only details will be name, address and contact number.
Trade Garage Doors is committed to protecting your privacy and any information collected will be used in accordance with the data protection act 1998.

Force Majeur  The company will not have any liability for any failure to supply or deliver any order that is damaged or defective that is caused by an event that is beyond our reasonalbe control.

Law  All parties and contracts are subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English Law and Courts.
